In many cases, no. Waterproofing paint and liquid rubber are applied over the existing surface. During the visit we tell you whether that applies to you.
What is the difference between paint and rubber?
Waterproofing paint is ideal for maintenance. Liquid rubber forms a thicker, more elastic layer. We recommend one or the other depending on the condition of the terrace.
